Under the PROENERGY ZONE MoU, PROENERGY ZONE installs, operates, maintains, refills and manages the protein beverage vending machine on a fixed monthly rental basis. The gym provides approximately 4.5 sq. ft. of visible space, continuous electricity and reasonable service access — with no responsibility for staffing, inventory, product procurement, customer handling or maintenance. PROENERGY ZONE covers the accountable electricity charges.
Rental remains fixed irrespective of daily sales, monthly revenue, profit earned or seasonal demand — unless revised by written mutual agreement.
Monthly rental is payable on or before the 5th day of the succeeding month via bank transfer, UPI or another mutually agreed payment method.
The machine, software, branding, inventory and accessories remain the exclusive property of PROENERGY ZONE.
PROENERGY ZONE bears operational risks relating to inventory, product quality, maintenance, customer service, sales performance and machine functionality.
Commercial terms are summarized for brochure purposes. Final terms are governed by the mutually signed MoU.
